These terms govern use of umzugbot.de and enquiries about UmzugBot services.

1. Scope
These terms apply to this website and non-binding enquiries. Any paid service is governed by its individual offer, service description and agreed contract terms. Other terms apply only if expressly accepted in text form.
2. Information and contracts
Website content is general product information, not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when both parties accept an individual offer or agreement. Price, scope, term, termination, setup and third-party fees are defined before conclusion.
3. Permitted use
You may use the website only lawfully. Attacks, unauthorised automated extraction, circumvention of security, unlawful content and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the website reliable and current but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security work or faults may restrict access, and content may be corrected, updated or removed.
5. Intellectual property
The website’s text, design, marks, logos, graphics and other materials are protected. Copying, adapting, distributing or publicly using them beyond statutory permissions requires the relevant owner’s prior consent.
6. Liability
Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence involving an essential obligation, liability is limited to typically foreseeable loss. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law; mandatory liability remains unaffected.
7. External services
External sites and services are outside our control and remain the responsibility of their providers. WhatsApp or another third-party integration is set up only under a separate service agreement.
8. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory jurisdictions remain unaffected. If one provision is invalid, the others remain effective. Questions may be sent to support@umzugbot.de.
